This weekend was all about entertainment and real estate. The Independent Film Festival of Boston is going on, and coco_b  and I hit up a bunch of screenings:

I noticed there was no mention of Jesus' brother Craig in the press leading up to the new film, James Cameron: Tomb Raider - The Cradle of Myth.  Hopefully he's still partying somewhere.

This week has been fun... the Ig Nobel Awards on Thursday were tons of fun, more so than I expected, actually. It turns out gib was there as well, and we discussed organizing a CSH or RIT delegation next year to show up all the Harvard and MIT delegations..

This month is completely cracked out.... First off, tomorrow coco_b and I are going to the 2005 Ig Nobel Awards Ceremony at Harvard... Then on Friday, we are going with equalize and Myers to see Stephen Lynch at the Orpheum. I had jury duty yesterday, and overall it was a positive experience... I got there around 8am, as instructed, but apparently they were just buffering, because they weren't really ready for us until 8:30am. We filed into the jury room, filled out some paperwork, watched an awful video on how the system works, and then moved on to impanelment. The ( Read more... )
